Your payment list rarely says which ad made the sale. We match each payment to the person by phone, email or lead ID — never by name — and to the lead that brought them in.

Identity matching
One person. However they wrote it.
Phone numbers are normalised, emails cleaned, Meta lead IDs kept — and a person is only ever matched by those three. Never by name.
- Three anchors, no namesTwo people can share a name; one person writes it three ways. Names are never used to match.
- Phone numbers normalisedSpaces, brackets and leading zeros removed; your country fills in a missing code.

Installments & refunds
Sales, cash and refunds — kept apart.
A won sale isn't cash yet. We keep the sale total, the cash that arrived and the refunds as separate numbers, and put each payment on the right lead.
- The latest lead winsTwo leads, one payment? It goes to the lead just before the payment — the ad that brought them back.
- Installments stay togetherPayment 2 and 3 follow payment 1's lead, even if a new lead arrives in between.
- Refunds come offRefunds reduce cash collected for the same campaign.
Needs-review queue
We never guess who paid.
Every payment we can't match with certainty is listed with the reason. Nothing unclear reaches a campaign's numbers until you decide.
- No lead yetA payer with no matching lead is counted as cash — but for no campaign.
- Paid before any leadUsually a wrong match; shown instead of assigned.
- Possible duplicateSame person, day and amount already uploaded from another file.

Why not match by name?
Names are not unique and are written differently everywhere. A wrong match puts money on the wrong campaign — so we don't.
My file has no deal or order ID.
That's fine — we match the payment to the person, then to the latest lead before it.
Do unclear payments disappear?
No. Cash still counts as collected; it just isn't credited to any campaign.
