Columns guessed, not assumed
"Mobile", "Phone number", "Tel" — we recognise the usual names and show you what we picked.
Same file twice? Skipped.
The file is recognised and nothing is written a second time.
Overlapping files, checked
A payment that appears again in another file waits for review instead of counting twice.
Dates aren't amounts
A date that lands in the amount column is refused — never read as a giant number.
Bad rows are shown
An unreadable date or amount is reported with its row number — never silently dropped.
Health columns ignored
Treatment or diagnosis columns are never mapped or stored.

Which files can I upload?
Leads, deals (with their stage) and payments. The sample CSV shows the easiest format.
My columns have other names.
The usual names are recognised, and you can always pick the columns yourself.
Can I fix a wrong upload?
Upload the corrected file: missing values are filled in, existing ones are not overwritten.
