The answers to the questions you added to your Meta form are saved next to the lead — so the person calling knows what they asked for.

  • Past Meta's 90 daysMeta deletes lead data after 90 days. The answers you needed stay here.
  • Only your questionsName, phone and email are already on the person — not stored twice.

Which permission do you need?

Meta's lead-reading permission. Meta bundles an ad-management permission with it as a required dependency; we never use it.

Do I need a developer?

For one short server call after the form is saved. We set it up with you on the call.

Which files can I upload?

Leads, deals (with their stage) and payments. The sample CSV shows the easiest format.

What if my form asks a health question?

It is dropped before anything is stored. Our terms also ask you not to collect such data in connected forms.
