Data deletion

If you run a workspace

• Open Settings in the app and use the delete action there. It removes the data your workspace has brought in, and you do not need to write to anyone.
• To close the account entirely, write to the address below. The request is completed within 30 days.

What deletion covers

• People, applications, opportunities and transactions.
• Web visit context: visit keys, click ids, the browser user agent and IP address, and page addresses.
• Upload history, import records and review items.
• Sending records, including events that are still queued — a queued event is discarded, not sent.
• Report figures are recomputed from these rows on every read, so nothing survives their deletion.
• Copies inside encrypted backups leave the rotation within 30 days.

Events already sent to an ad platform

If your workspace had sending turned on, events that the platform already accepted are held by that platform under its own terms and we cannot recall them. Deleting here stops any further sending and removes our records. To have data removed on the platform's side, use the controls in your own Meta Business account.

If a business holds your data here

Your data is the responsibility of the business you contacted — the clinic or company whose form you filled in. Send your request to them first. If you write to us, we route the request to that business and follow it until it is resolved.

Where to write

Send your deletion request to the business that holds your data; it will pass the request on to us.
